This policy applies to the LCDVPN website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why data is processed, how it is used, and what users can do. LCDVPN processes information only as needed to provide its services. The no-logs policy describes the privacy approach for network acceleration services; it does not mean that account, order, and support ticket records do not exist.
Account Information and Processing Purposes
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required for registration, and LCDVPN does not make providing one a condition for opening an account. Usernames identify accounts, and passwords verify identity. Do not share passwords, login credentials, or subscription URLs in support tickets or other public text.
Providing subscription services requires processing account identifiers, plan status, cumulative traffic, and order records to verify entitlements, calculate traffic, and handle payments and refunds. Support ticket content submitted by users is used to investigate issues and respond to requests. When describing a problem, include relevant client status and error messages, and avoid unrelated personal information.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
LCDVPN does not record which websites users visit through its network acceleration services. It does not store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or use this information to build personal browsing profiles.
This service does not retain a combination of connection source, destination address, and connection time as connection logs that could trace an individual's activity. Temporary session information needed to maintain an active connection is used only to process that connection and is not kept as historical connection logs. Cumulative account traffic is used for plan metering and does not include a list of websites or content accessed.
Usage statistics for the website and user panel are separate from browsing activity on acceleration routes. Statistics help assess page usage and identify feature issues; they are not used to reconstruct content accessed through the routes.
Usage Statistics and Browser Storage
The website may process statistics such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, and interaction events to assess readability, improve navigation, and identify issues. Do not enter sensitive information in page URLs or feedback; analytics should primarily use aggregated results.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, save login credentials, remember language preferences, and store necessary interface settings. Login credentials allow a browser to make service requests on behalf of the current account and should be treated as sensitive information. After logging out, consider clearing site data on shared devices.
Users can clear or restrict cookies and local storage in their browser settings. Clearing them may require logging in again and may reset some preferences; restricting essential storage may affect panel features. Clearing browser data does not also delete server-side accounts or orders.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
LCDVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party payment service or network, whose provider explains its own data practices. To confirm order status, LCDVPN processes order identifiers, amounts, and payment results. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
When resolving payment disputes or meeting applicable legal obligations, it may be necessary to provide relevant processors with the required order information. Disclosures are limited to what is needed for the specific matter; account information is not sold for marketing. This policy does not replace the data practices of third-party websites and services.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are kept as required for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and usage statistics are deleted or de-identified once their processing purposes have been fulfilled. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for all information.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information through the support ticket portal in the user panel, specifying the scope of the request. LCDVPN will first verify control of the account, then process requests where possible. Information that must be retained by law or for an ongoing transaction dispute will have its use restricted.
Deleting an account may affect access to subscriptions and order records. Check which entitlements you still need before submitting a request. Account deletion does not reverse payments already made; see the Terms of Service for transaction rules.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
If data practices change, LCDVPN will update this policy and the updated month shown at the top of the page. Material changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where applicable law requires separate consent, LCDVPN will obtain it as required.
For questions about this policy or to make a privacy request, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include only the information needed to verify and process the request; do not submit passwords or complete subscription credentials.
