Service Scope

LCDVPN provides international route subscriptions and access to client software, covering 110+ countries / 150+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. The routes actually available are those shown in the panel.

Network acceleration improves connection paths only; it does not replace an account, content authorization, or payment eligibility required by a destination website. Regional rules, content catalogs, and access policies for third-party services are set by those services. Purchasing this service does not guarantee continued access to a particular platform or playback of specific content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials, subscription details, and order records secure. Do not publish subscription information or share your account with others. If your credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report the situation through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's personal devices and does not permit reselling, renting, splitting a subscription, or providing shared access to others. You may not use the unlimited-device allowance to operate an access service for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. See the pricing page for prices and traffic allowances for each plan, and check the billing method and selected plan before payment. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, and respect the terms of use, intellectual property, and legal rights of others. You may not use this service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, distributing illegal content, violating privacy, stealing data, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.

You may not use this service to carry out network attacks, send spam, or deliberately disrupt routes or other users' connections. You are responsible for your own actions and the content you transmit. LCDVPN's privacy position is anonymous, no-logs service; the Privacy Policy describes the specific scope of information processing.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routes, device settings, destination service status, and maintenance changes. LCDVPN may temporarily interrupt some services for maintenance, security measures, or route adjustments, and will explain the situation through site announcements or the user panel when feasible. No fixed connection speed or uninterrupted access is guaranteed.

If you have connection problems, first check your subscription status and client settings, then submit a ticket with the necessary details about the issue. Responsibility for effects caused by changes to third-party services, device failures, or force majeure must be assessed based on the actual circumstances. These terms do not exempt LCDVPN from responsibilities imposed by law.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and provide the relevant order information for verification. You do not need to cite a connection problem as the reason for your request.

Refund discussions and outcomes will be confirmed through the ticket. Do not submit your account password or complete subscription details in a ticket. Processing time depends on the payment channel, so no fixed arrival time is promised on this page. If you have questions while your request is being processed, follow up in the original ticket. Account actions do not affect refund requests that must be handled under applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you resell the service, provide shared access, use it unlawfully, or disrupt normal service operation, LCDVPN may suspend the relevant access, request an explanation, or terminate account use depending on the impact. Any action should be proportionate to the circumstances. If you disagree with a decision, submit an explanation and request a review through a ticket.

If the service scope or usage rules change, LCDVPN will update these terms and the last-updated month on this page. Changes affecting users' significant rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to orders already placed under applicable law. You may review the changes before they take effect and submit a ticket about how an existing subscription will be handled.
