Cross-Border Network Principles
LCDVPN provides a subscription service for cross-border network access, for people who need to reach international websites, use AI tools, and stream content. The service covers 110+ countries and 150+ routes, supports popular desktop and mobile platforms, and allows unlimited devices to connect at the same time.
Choose a Route by Use Case
Start with the region required by the service you want to access, then compare how IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes, and direct connections perform on your current network. A nearby region is not always faster, and a route label is no substitute for testing. Keep the exit region consistent while you test sign-in, playback, or tool access before choosing a route for everyday use.

If you run into connection issues, first check your local network and subscription status, then review your client settings and any messages from the destination platform. When asking for help, include your operating system, route name, and the error you see so support can distinguish connection problems from platform region restrictions. Redact your subscription URL and account credentials before sharing screenshots. For specific issues, submit a ticket through the user panel.

LCDVPN follows an anonymous, no-logs approach and does not record browsing activity. Information collection is limited to what is needed to manage accounts, orders, and the service. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Treat your subscription URL as an access credential and keep it secure. Our privacy principles cannot prevent websites from identifying an account you sign in to; review the policies of any third-party service you use.
